Deleting Your Account & Data from FastBurn
Delete Through the App
Follow these steps to permanently delete your FastBurn account and all associated data:
- Open FastBurn and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is irreversible and will erase all of your data stored on our servers.
Request by Email
If you prefer, you can also delete your account by emailing us:
- Send a deletion request to [email protected].
- Include the email address linked to your FastBurn account for verification.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- Profile and goal data (gender, age, height, current and goal weight, lifestyle answers)
- Fasting logs and completed-fast history
- Weight log entries and body measurements
- Body transformation photos
- Water intake records
- Streaks, badges, and achievements
- Generated fasting plans and progress reports
Important Information
- We retain your data only while your FastBurn account is active.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.
