Deleting Your Account & Data from Nica
Delete Through the App
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Nica account and all associated data:
- Open Nica and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is irreversible and will erase all of your data stored on our servers.
Request by Email
If you prefer, you can also delete your account by emailing us:
- Send a deletion request to [email protected].
- Include the email address linked to your Nica account for verification.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All baby profiles (names, birth dates, feeding preferences, photos)
- Food logs, meal entries, and reaction records
- Allergen tracking history
- Generated meal plans and saved templates
- Shopping lists and inventory data
- Saved foods and recipes
- Achievements and milestone progress
Important Information
- We retain your data only while your Nica account is active.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.
