Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Nutrio (the "App"), operated by Hysa Tech ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
- The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date.
- You will not use the App to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
2. Health Disclaimer
Nutrio offers general nutritional information for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
3. Subscription & Free Trial
New users receive 3 days of free Premium features. After the trial, your account will revert to the free tier unless you choose to subscribe. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are displayed in-app and may change with prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Hysa Tech or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hysa Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hysa Tech is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
